The BTB Group offers comprehensive solutions for paraffin und strearic acid processing and the manufacturing of candles as well as wax products.

Spray Chamber for the Production of Paraffin/Stearic Powder.
The liquid paraffin or stearic acid is sprayed into the counter flow of air and converted to spherical particles of 0,3 - 0,6 mm diameter. The powder spray chamber works according to the fluid bed system. By reason of the stainless steel construction of the plant an outside installation is possible.

Compared to the spray drum an energy saving of 60 % is possible at an outside temperature below 16° C ca. This refers to the chilling energy and electrical power. At outside temperatures of higher than 16° C appr. 30 % of energy for chilling and electrical power could be saved.

We manufacture aluminum pressure casting molds for the candle industry as well as the for the wax industry.

We manufacture semi automatic hydraulically operated molding machines.

Fully automatic piston presses  are designed to produce endless candle strands. These are cut to length by the following cutting devices. The milling machine tools the cut pieces to pillar- church- or household candles. The piston presses are available in different sizes for strand diameters of 8- 75 mm.

500 - 10.000 candles/h (depending on diameter, length and candle shape)

The BTB filling lines are used for the filling of tealights, container and jars (glass, sheet metal, terracotta, plastic) and single molds with liquid wax.To achieve uniform filling results we use gravity filling equipment only.
The equipment consists of modular elements. This means we can deliver for different demands on the product, the capacities or the mode of operation.
One standard configuration is for instance:

Preparation or melting tank
Manual infeed station for placement of the container onto the conveyor system
Chain conveyor for transportation
Pre warming of jars for quality improvement
Filler for simultaneously production of different colors including the circulation tank
Surface flatening station
Second dosing station
The conveyor speed and filling volume is infinetivly variable adjustable.

At 120ml(4 oz) filling volume: Up to 10.000 jars/h

At 20 ml up to  20.000 tea lights/h
